Litigation Associate Attorney position available in SF, SD, LA, OC, CA | | $140,000 - $180,000

A well-established and well-respected firm in California with multiple locations is seeking to add Attorneys to our civil litigation practice due to growth in our client base. Represent the firm’s insurance company clients and their insureds, and corporate clients, in all facets of civil litigation. Manage cases independently and as a part of the case team. Requirements: •J.D. from an accredited law school; a member of the California Bar •Strong drafting skills •Highly team-oriented •2+ years of litigation in professional liability, employment, general liability, products liability and/or construction defect Responsibilities include: • Case management • Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents • Corresponding with clients and opposing counsel • Legal and technical research • Providing guidance to law clerks and other associates • Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials • Accurately and promptly tracking billable time
