M&A associate position available in San Francisco and L, CA | | $200,000 - $250,000

One of our best clients is seeking an experienced deal attorney to lead M&A transactions. The attorney must be able to work collaboratively with tax and estate planning counsel to structure and execute transactions. Candidates must also be able to advise clients regarding practical business issues relating to acquisitions. The ideal candidate would have significant experience selling companies to private equity firms with rollover equity as part of the consideration.
