Vice President of Manufacturing Operations for a national corporation in the Dallas area. In this role, the SVP of Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing all manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will strive for excellence in a fast pace manufacturing environment.
This is an IN-OFFICE and DIRECT HIRE position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide management and leadership to supervisors
Develop and execute continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and utilization of production lines
Manage production operations to meet daily schedules at the optimum level of productivity and quality
Oversee the allocation of personnel, material and equipment resources to meet the daily objective
Plan, direct and coordinate the manufacturing of products in strict compliance with company goals and objectives
Effective management of the production departments
Define goals, improve technologies and resolve manufacturing problems
Communicate clear objectives within the and outside of the operational efficiency team to ensure expectations and accountabilities are understood
Develop a strong and capable team that functions as a unit, enabling labor savings and improve financial performance that meets or exceeds established annual targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5years in a senior leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Experience within a lean manufacturing environment with demonstrated results and oriented leadership leading to continuous cost, quality and productivity improvement
Knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing processes
Good analytical and communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
