Office Administrator paying up to $80K for a national corporation in the Uptown Dallas area. This position will manage the day-to-day office operations (such as vendor relations, office supplies, calendar management, etc..) while providing support to the Executive Management team.
This is a DIRECT HIRE position and is available IMMEDIATELY!!! The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with the flexibility to work overtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily office operations including ordering office supplies, answering phones, greeting incoming visitors, etc.
Manage logistics for meetings and conference calls
Assist with preparing expense reports; maintain filing systems
Track all follow-up items
Prepare correspondence and presentations
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Assist Executive Assistant with any administrative and clerical duties
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have recent experience managing an office along with providing support to an Executive(s)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
Must be a polished professional with outstanding verbal/written communication skills
Ability to assess, evaluate and solve problems; must exercise good judgment
Candidate must be detailed-oriented; have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Superior telephone etiquette
Ability to work well under high pressure and time constraints
